My stay at the hotel was a bit of a mixed bag. While the service was excellent and very friendly, the room could have used more attention as there were holes and cracks, and the blankets seemed old. The location was perfect for exploring the area, but the dining experience was a bit lacking with items running out. The facilities were decent overall.
I was thrilled to discover my room had a view of the ocean, even though I was initially told it faced the Bank of America building. However, the room needed more attention as there were holes and cracks, old blankets, and outdated cardio equipment. The low ceiling didn't help either.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positive and negative experiences. The location was fantastic, right by the bay and with a great view from the 11th floor. However, the rooms lacked proper disinfection and were unfortunately located next to the noisy elevator shaft. The service was friendly but a bit unorganized at times. The dining experience was subpar, with limited options and items not being available, considering the price paid.
